About Grace Hensley
Throughout my years of schooling I have naturally gravitated towards opportunities for leadership. This has allowed me to find passion not only in the growth of my own leadership abilities but the refinement of these skills in others as well. This has lead me to become someone incredibly driven towards personal growth and giving each opportunity my all to make the best out of my experiences. This trait has provided me with a diverse and well rounded set of experiences that are applicable to a large variety of work environments. This includes communication, logistical thinking, adaptability, creativity, and organizational leadership.To highlight one of these skills, being adaptive is something I practice in my day to day life. I go into new experiences with an open-mind and am able to take in new information quickly in order to effectively complete a task at hand. I look forward to exercising these qualities as well as develop new skills in my future experiences.
