I am a recent graduate from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, where I earned a BBA in Human Resource Management. My career aspiration lies in HR, driven by my passion for problem-solving and leading people. I believe that these skills are essential for creating a positive workplace environment that aligns with organizational goals and values. During my time as a People Operations Supply Chain Intern at Mark Anthony Brewing, I conducted extensive research, interviews, and surveys on workplace recognition practices. Presenting proposals to enhance recognition, showcasing my problem-solving abilities. I have showed leadership in my server and bartender positions at Uncle Julio\'s, Bluebird Diner, and Double Tap, training newcomers and advocating for the interests of my coworkers. I served as a Lead Research Assistant in the Department of Management at the University of Iowa. In this role, I engaged in in-depth interviews with PhD students, exploring their perspectives on leadership challenges within their organizations. I contributed to a meta-analysis investigating the correlation between work engagement and age, showcasing my analytical thinking. I managed 3 other research assistants, assigning them their hours and new work each week. In my current role as a HR Assistant at Radio Flyer, my main responsibilities include putting on engagement events, managing coordination for our internship and externship programs, and onboarding temporary agency employees, interns, and full-time Flyers!
