As a Senior HRIS Analyst, my core focus is maintaining the HRIS system, SAP SuccessFactors. I serve as the primary technical contact for designated functional areas and manage stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization. Additionally, I am responsible for:• Overseeing and supporting all rolled-out SuccessFactors modules. Particularly, Employee Central, Time Off, Timesheets, Performance and Goals, Learning, and any future modules.• Serving as the primary contact for supporting all SuccessFactors-related activities, including data input, configuration, troubleshooting, building reports, and system maintenance.• Configuration of time management across entities, and handling change and enhancement requests in SuccessFactors.• Managing and overseeing SuccessFactors-related projects, including but not limited to planning, preparation, testing, configuration, data migration and Go-Live• Providing training to new HR Admin users and supporting any retraining and upskilling needed on SuccessFactors• Leading the implementation of new SuccessFactors modules.• Managing all stages of the implementation process, including training, communications, testing, and configuration.• Providing expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in implementing and launching SuccessFactors modules.• Ensuring timely delivery of all reporting requirements.• Performing impact analysis on SAP bi-annual releases for SuccessFactors updates• Ensuring secure data management and compliance with GDPR and other data protection policies across HR systems and infrastructure.
