I\'m G, a recruiter, talent strategist, and women\'s sports advocate with a career built at the intersection of people, technology, and sport. I played Division basketball at California Lutheran University, where competing as a student-athlete shaped how I think about performance, teamwork, and what it takes to build winning cultures.My recruiting career started in the agency world at Expanxion, where I learned full-cycle recruiting from the ground up sourcing, business development, and everything in between. That foundation led me to Lob, a Y Combinator-backed SaaS company, where I\'ve spent nearly five years growing from Technical Recruiter to Senior Talent Partner, building out engineering, product, and design teams for a company whose platform now reaches one in two U.S. households.Outside of my day job, I serve as Chief of Staff for Click Clack, a women-owned sports podcast dedicated to women\'s sports where I lead YouTube strategy, content creation, and audience growth. It\'s work I genuinely love, sitting at the crossroads of storytelling, sport, and community building.I\'m passionate about creating access, developing talent, and amplifying the voices and athletes who don\'t always get the spotlight they deserve.
