I am the main facilitator of ICS, the computer system that chapters and Rho Gammas use throughout Primary Recruitment. I will teach Rho Gammas and chapters how to operate ICS and be available for any technological support. I also hold workshops for chapters and guide them on the position of Data Director for their team. This includes Zoom practice, submitting practice lists, working on CSVs, and working with a team & coming up with ways to make the technological aspect of Recruitment easier.
