Support the sale of Hydroprocessing catalyst for PBF, PEMEX and various other third party refining companies. Utilize tools and models to analyze data and prepare technical proposals for new catalyst opportunities. Provide customers support through new engineer training, on the run troubleshooting, catalyst loading/startup support, online monitoring and quarterly unit reviews, etc. Ultimately, I work with our Shell C&T team and customers to optimize unit performance and drive margins, incorporating strategies and new technologies for a greener future.
