ABOUT GRACE BROWN
I am a Term 5 Mechanical Engineering student at Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) with co-op experience in both educational outreach and the oil and gas sector. I completed my first work term as a STEM outreach mentor with MUN, and I’m currently in my second term with ExxonMobil, having worked with both the SSHE and Technical Asset teams. Outside of my co-op placements, I’ve worked with the City of St. John’s for over three years as a lifeguard/swim instructor, crew leader, and lead instructor, where I developed strong leadership and safety-focused skills. I also volunteer with Robogals MUN Chapter, helping deliver STEM and robotics outreach to youth in the community. I enjoy solving problems, working with others, and contributing to meaningful projects. I\'m always looking for new ways to grow, learn, and apply my skills in real-world settings.
