I am a systems thinker who is passionate about shifting power, community-led change, strengthening democracy, and reimagining a world that works for all of us. I have 8+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi-year programs, conducting applied research, and facilitating equitable partnerships. I specialize in the “how” of systems change. Whether it\'s through conducting tailored, hands-on accompaniment, applying practical resources, developing institution-wide strategies, or training teams, I support organizations and partnerships to transform in ways that get them where they want to go. I was born in the United States and raised in Mocuba, Mozambique, and Cape Town, South Africa. Currently, I am based in Richmond, Virginia, on the traditional and ancestral land of the Powhatan and Youghtanund people.
