With 10 years of experience in the charity sector, I built my career with a national disability organisation, progressing through a range of management roles to become Service Improvement Manager. In that position, I led multi-site teams across the UK, focusing on transforming underperforming services — ensuring compliance, driving quality, and delivering the best possible outcomes for the people we supported.After a decade of operational and leadership experience, I took a career break to pursue a BSc in Animal Science, where I explored my long-standing interest in animal and human health interactions. My dissertation focused on calving behaviours associated with dystocia in dairy cattle, strengthening my research and analytical skills while deepening my understanding of behaviour, welfare, and health.I then joined AstraZeneca, starting in Precision Medicine before moving into Global Project & Portfolio Management. Here, I bring together my expertise in communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement to drive collaboration and deliver complex late oncology projects within a fast-paced, innovative environment.I’m passionate about improvement, integrity, and impact — creating meaningful change through teamwork, evidence-based practice, and strong project delivery.
