With over 11 years of experience in the insurance industry, I am currently a Director of Global Growth at Aon\'s Reinsurace Solutions group. In this role, I help lead the development and execution of innovative product strategies that address the evolving needs of our clients and the market. I leverage my data analytics expertise and my deep understanding of the reinsurance landscape to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver value to our clients.
