I support the upstream manufacturing team in producing Remicade by assisting with biological reactor operations for cell culture growth and development. I oversee and conduct QC testing, including virus and mycoplasma assays, and monitor harvest and media hold tanks. I perform assembly, cleaning, steaming-in-place, and pressure testing for new reactor setups and post-cell inoculations. Likewise, I execute processes according to SOPs, analyze trend charts and process data, and apply problem-solving to meet daily production goals. Additionally, I manage accurate documentation in SOPs, logbooks, and other GMP Highlights: I created and maintained an up-to-date training matrix spreadsheet on J&J SharePoint, which allowed management and staff to monitor and review training progress within the upstream department efficiently. I spearheaded and collaborated on a cross-department AI project that established the groundwork for ongoing initiatives and future success by upcoming teams.
