Head of Analysis Skill Team @Airbus

Lead Wing Analysis team being responsible for people\'s development. Provide expertise and improve Airbus capability to drive enhanced performance and efficiency to analysis airframe structures. Develop competencies required for future & disruptive technologies / architectures / products / new ways of working / environmental impacts and sustainable designs. Manage people development in close link with Technical Authorities, Analysis Group Leaders and Principals. Develop engineers towards technical delegations supporting today\'s and future needs of Wing engineering. Coach engineers in respect of non-technical operational skills and competencies. Ensure development of people skills and competencies. Develop multi-skill/product/program knowledge and capability. Support deployment of innovation opportunities in process, methods & tools. Give technical direction and guidance to Engineering teams and provide coaching and growing opportunities to less experienced engineers, supporting the development of junior team members on both technical and behavioural aspects. Contribute to engineering solutions and ways of working born from experience in aerospace, other industries or research environments. Coordinate stress analysis activities regarding minor and major product modifications, product improvements and technically approve stress analysis deliverables for Long Range and Wide Body Wing Engineering.
