ABOUT GREGORY PEPPER
I’m an ecosystem enabler and facilitator at the intersection of sustainability, innovation, and organisational change. Over the past decade, I’ve designed and led programmes in these fields across 25+ countries.Today, I’m Fractional Head of Partnerships and Alliances at Talkspirit. I build trust-based relationships with partners working on organisational transformation, and help translate shared intent into practical pathways, usable knowledge, and consistent support for clients.I’m also a Co-Founder of Sense, where we develop tools, processes, and programmes that maximise the success of innovation initiatives. Our team has collectively supported over 700 innovation projects in 50 countries, and facilitated programmes delivering an 83% project survival rate after three years.At UNLEASH, I helped transition the organisation from an annual event into a global innovation programme for sustainability. Between 2019 and 2022, we coordinated 60+ two-day SDG hackathons across 30+ countries, enabling young people to innovate and generating around 450 new solutions. We also supported over 180 early stage impact ventures through three incubation cohorts, trained more than 100 facilitators, and grew a strong community taking action towards the SDGs.I founded Studio Pepper (2018 to 2024), an innovation and design agency in Geneva supporting startups, young talent, and organisations to innovate for good.I’ve also worked on the infrastructure that helps ecosystems grow, from building a network of tech hubs and coworking spaces across 20+ countries with Seedspace Global, to traveling across 14 countries in Africa with Seedstars World to identify, support, and connect high potential tech entrepreneurs.I hold an MSc and MA in Global Innovation Design from Imperial College London, the Royal College of Art, Tsinghua University and Nanyang Technological University.I’m driven by sustainability, human potential, and the belief that small groups of committed people can create outsized change.I’m also an actor, photographer, designer, and sportsman.
