Solandra Hospitality is located in Charlotte, NC and is a partnership between Mr. Pappanastos, Nick Spain former general manager of Merchant & Trade at the Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel and Jason Pound, former executive chef of Soul Gatrolounge in Plaza Midwood. The group was formed in 2020 and produced several pop-up hospitality events, including Michelangelo\'s Sistine Chapel, at Savona Mill, which generated visitors during its 3.5-month run. In March 2024, the group opened its first bar and restaurant OROSOKO Sound Bar in Charlotte\'s South End neighborhood. Most recently in October 2024, the group added Buddha Belly, a delivery and take-out concept served by OROSOKO\'s kitchen. Mr. Pappanastos\' role at Solandra is concept development, design, construction and financing.
