Reporting to the President of LTSS Solutions is responsible to manage LTSS related projects and assist in efforts to support the strategic efforts of the ACFC LTSS Center of Excellence. Assisted New Market Development in new business opportunities that promote LTSS growth. Served as a subject matter expert for both Texas and North Carolina Request For Proposal submissions. Successfully secured LTSS product for North Carolina Medicaid and supported readiness review activities in anticipation of July 1, 2021 implementation date. State of Texas decided it will rebid Star Plus in Fall 2021. Preparing analysis of LTSS programs for RFI/RFP release for CalAIM. Directed and managed a deep dive into Community HealthyChoices (CHC) LTSS organizational processes and workflows with goal to optimize program through implementing enhanced efficiencies and controls related to Prior Authorization and care management. Successfully managed CHC plan off state mandated Corrective Action Plan related to grievances and appeals. Developed white papers on Diversion Initiatives for CHC which partnered with Housing and HCBS providers to sustain Participants in the community.
