I am a senior economist with over 15 years of experience in applied economic research, policy analysis, private sector development, and international trade. My expertise lies in designing, implementing, and evaluating policies and programs that drive inclusive growth, enhance SME competitiveness, and strengthen access to finance.Passionate about evidence-based policymaking, I aim to bridge rigorous economic analysis with actionable insights, supporting governments, development partners, and the private sector in building competitive and inclusive economies.As Lead Economist at the International School of Economics Policy Institute (ISET-PI) and Senior Consultant at Policy and Management Consulting Group (PMCG), I have led and contributed to high-impact projects for organizations such as the World Bank, IMF, USAID, UNDP, OECD, ADB, and GIZ. My work includes value chain and sectoral analysis, SME and export competitiveness strategies, and reform monitoring through platforms such as ReforMeter.Alongside policy consulting, I contribute actively to academia. I have taught at Ilia State University and ISET and have published research on SME development, trade policy, labor mobility, and export diversification. I hold a PhD in Economics from Caucasus University, and have pursued graduate studies at the University of Chicago (MA, PhD ABD) and ISET (MA).
