Lead the vendor sourcing process, including vendor identification, evaluation, selection, and negotiation of contracts. Develop and implement vendor management strategies to optimize vendor performance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop sourcing strategies that support the company\'s objectives.Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor vendor performance against established metrics and KPIs, and take proactive measures to address any issues or gaps. Conduct regular vendor reviews and performance evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings. Manage the contract lifecycle, including contract drafting, review, approval, and renewal, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and stakeholders to drive collaboration and partnership.
