Re-engineering of Aircraft Structures and Components •Analyze legacy aerospace components and systems for reverse engineering, redesign, and performance enhancement using SolidWorks.2. 3D CAD Design and Assembly Modeling • Create high-precision 3D models, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings of aerospace parts, ensuring adherence to ASME and aerospace-specific standards.3. Modification and Upgradation of Legacy Aerospace Parts • Redesign outdated or obsolete aircraft parts to extend service life, improve reliability, and meet updated aerospace regulations.4. Support in Airframe and Mechanical System Redesign • Contribute to the redesign of structural elements such as brackets, panels, ducts, and fittings within airframe and propulsion systems.5. Design for Manufacturability and Lightweighting • Optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM), reduce weight, and enhance structural performance without compromising safety.6.
