Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Manager – Project INCON 7947As an M&E Manager, I oversee data management, reporting systems, program monitoring, and strategic coordination to ensure effective implementation and measurable impact of project activities1. Monitoring, Data Management & Reporting* Collect project data regularly from field staff and ensure accurate entry and updating in the MIS system.* Consolidate and analyze data, reviewing findings with staff to strengthen program outcomes.* Prepare interim, half-yearly, and annual reports, including annexures and detailed case studies.* Maintain and systematically organize project photographs in prescribed folders.* Document and circulate minutes of monthly review meetings.* Prepare monthly action plans in coordination with the project team.* Participate in monthly reviews, annual reviews, project events, and internal/external training programs.* Support resource mobilization initiatives for the LC through documentation and reporting inputs.2. Reporting & Institutional Coordination* Prepare hotline reports for BEST Corporation, BEST Mill, Sain Marks, and Britannia.* Report program updates regularly from Accountant of the Project* Prepare Monthly Review Meeting (MRM) presentations in consultation with Accountant and the staff team.3. ASH/IC Responsibilities* Coordinate with staff for Internal Committee (IC) meetings.* Participate in monthly ASH/IC review meetings with staff.4. Field Monitoring & Program Support* Conduct field visits and counselling centre visits along with field staff to ensure quality implementation and documentation.* Provide monitoring support, feedback, and guidance based on field observations5. Project Development & Strategic Initiatives* Prepare concept notes and project proposals for new initiatives.* Collaborate with the Project Manager and Counsellor in developing new programs and strengthening existing interventions.
