I’m excited to share that I have joined Guires Solutions Pvt. Ltd.(FRL) as a Food Technologist Intern.During this internship, I have gained hands-on exposure to key areas of New Food Product Development (NPD), including formulation design, sensory evaluation, prototype optimization, and understanding the end-to-end product development workflow. I have also been actively involved in R&D activities, working on ingredient trials, functionality mapping, and improving product stability and performance.In addition, I gained practical experience in reverse engineering of existing food products, where I analyzed market samples to understand ingredient composition, processing techniques, and cost–quality optimization strategies. This process enhanced my analytical thinking and strengthened my ability to recreate and improve products aligned with consumer expectations and regulatory standards.Overall, this experience has significantly strengthened my technical knowledge in ingredient functionality, quality assessment, product performance analysis, and innovative problem-solving in food R&D. I’m grateful for the learning environment and mentorship that supported my growth during this internship.
