As a Security Operation Center (SOC) Analyst, I worked for three different clients for around 3.8 years- Monitoring Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), risky sign-in activities from Azure, malware and phishing alerts from Microsoft Defender, credential leakage and fake organization sites from CTM360, suspicious traffic from CATO and Firewall, malware and suspicious behavior activities from EDR and XDR for security alerts. practical SOAR and Splunk experience- A solid understanding of incident response and investigation, as well as escalation matrices- To find any odd activity by doing threat hunting and log analysis- Worked on root cause analysis for security concerns- Performed security operations on phishing emails as part of incident response within the SLA- Worked on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for handling alerts.
