   Part of the Eventbrite India site leadership and manages the core marketplaces pillar with 5 Engineering leaders reporting to me directly. Responsible for delivering identity, privacy, admin tooling, and MarTech initiatives. Played a prominent role in onboarding 2 batches of interns (2024 & 2025) directly from reputed colleges who have kicked-started their careers with Eventbrite. Works very closely with the Principal engineering community in driving many organization-wide tech initiatives.||Took on a new role as an Engineering pillar leader to run all the Growth Tech initiatives, besides ensuring to have healthy SEO traffic. Manages 4 direct Engineering Managers with more than 40 ICs in my org. Works very closely with Marketing stakeholders and Product partners in building robust engineering products that can unlock our Marketing partners.||Started initially with managing all the Consumer engineering teams in India with a primary focus on the Discovery & Engagement of Eventbrite and providing the best landing and browsing experience. Extensively collaborates with the Search and Personalisation team to provide the best consumer experience for all users to buy tickets and attend any event. Nightlife and Dating stand out to be strong deliverables in my first year at Eventbrite.||One of the early Engineering leadership hires, and played a vital role in setting up all the engineering teams here in the India Dev center, putting together all my extensive hiring experience by working closely with the talent acquisition team.
