I have spent the last fifteen years obsessed with one question: What separates the founders who build category-defining companies from those who don\'t? The answer isn\'t always obvious at the pitch deck stage. This is why I back founders when others are still watching from the sidelines.My career has always operated at the intersection of business and technology and has moved from strategy to execution and finally capital. I started at McKinsey and Infosys to understand how technology drives business transformation and scale. Eventually, I left to build products myself. I founded three tech ventures from scratch: AllChemist, RoofandFloor, and STEP. I learned firsthand that building 0-to-1 startup demands resilience and relentless iteration. Later, I joined the executive teams at InMobi and Medlife/Pharmeasy to master the 1-to-n hypergrowth phase. At Clear, I transformed their India Enterprise business for 3x scale in just 18 months.Today, I represent this tech-operator DNA on the leadership team at Antler India\'s $75 million pre-seed fund. I have lived through product-market fit struggles and the chaos of scaling complex platforms. When I evaluate founders in deep tech, AI, and software, I look for clarity of thought and technical depth rather than just polished decks.
