I manage the end-to-end process—from engaging with academic institutions and planning outreach activities, to coordinating assessments, interviews, and onboarding. I work to ensure a seamless experience for students and stakeholders alike, helping fresh talent transition smoothly into the corporate world and begin impactful careers at Altair.Alongside, I support our Development teams by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions. This includes gathering role requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, following up on feedback, and facilitating offer rollouts. I ensure timely and efficient hiring while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and internal coordination.
