ABOUT GOWRI LALU
I am an engineering graduate with a background in HR and teaching, now working as a primary school teacher. Over the years, I’ve developed strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and patience — qualities that are equally essential in IT roles that require attention to detail and collaboration. I had my first exposure to the IT field through a Front-End Developer Internship, where I worked on building responsive web interfaces and gained hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, and testing processes. That experience sparked my interest in software quality assurance and front-end development, which I am now actively pursuing. I am committed to reskilling myself through courses in manual testing, automation basics, and web development to make a successful transition into IT. My goal is to join an organization as a Software Tester or Junior Front-End Developer, where I can apply both my technical training and transferable skills from teaching and HR.
