Duties & ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and guide a team of Quality Engineers.Assign tasks, review work, and ensure timely delivery.Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and training for the team.Quality Assurance & TestingDefine and implement testing strategies (manual and automation).Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Ensure comprehensive coverage of functional, regression, performance, and security testing.Process & StandardsEstablish QA processes, standards, and best practices.Drive continuous improvements in testing efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions.Provide clear defect reports, quality metrics, and test results.Automation & ToolsImplement automation frameworks for faster and reliable testing.Integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines.Evaluate and recommend new testing tools and technologies.Quality Metrics & ReportingDefine and track KPIs (defect density, test coverage, release readiness).Prepare regular reports on quality status for leadership.Advanced SkillsHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in cross-functional team leadership and mentoring.Exposure to performance, security, and compliance testing is a plus.
