I have substantial experience working with genome and exome sequence data, particularly in single, carrier, trio, mitochondrial, and extended family analysis. My proficiency extends to advanced genomic analysis tools, including VarSeq, Franklin Genoox, and Geneyx, as well as a broad array of databases and tools such as OMIM, ClinVar, gnomAD, HGMD, HGVS, and many others. I am deeply involved in both the manual and automated reporting of genetic variants, ensuring high accuracy and relevance for clinical applications. In addition, I have been privileged to mentor and train junior colleagues, contributing to the growth of our team\'s technical capabilities.
