Job Responsibilities includes: 1. Checking plumb of column, beam side and any vertical member as per site requirement.2. Supervision of concreting, plumbing and other finishing work.3. Shuttering checking- support, verticality, levels, line, diagonal.4. Checking slab soffit panel size with respect to drawing, before fixing rebar.5. Daily reports to engineer on quantum of work done, material and manpower consumption.6. Going to weigh bridge and checking the weight of new rebar /Scrap7. Supervising masonry work, plaster, waterproofing and other construction activity.8. Keeping work areas clean during and after work.9. Record keeping –Cube register, joint measurement record with contractor.10. Checking of materials at each stage of construction including incoming materials. Responsible of ongoing civil work such as layout, RCC Work, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, etc, at all stages12. Extracting maximum labour output and progress, with utmost priority to quality and aim for zero wastage of material.13. Responsible for all day-to-day site activities for civil work Qualities : Proactive, Dedicated, Honest, Problem Solving attitude.
