Perform hands-on manufacture of the cell bank and clinical phase drug product according to GMP within a highly controlled cleanroom environment specification designed to produce sterile injectable final product.• Actively contribute to the successful technical transfer process and GMP translation from laboratory to cleanroom.• Complete quality-related documents, including manufacturing batch records, forms, and logbooks, to a high level of GDP, following all relevant standard operating procedures and instructions.• Consistently demonstrate a high level of GMP and GDP compliance, as well as cleanroom behaviours and professionalism.• Assist with change control, deviation, and risk assessment.• Prepare SOPs, batch records, work instructions, and forms.• Participate in qualification, calibration, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.• Support daily housekeeping activities, including but not limited to cleaning, stock control, and ordering materials.• Comply with health and safety policies and procedures.
