As a Lead Software Engineer at Gartner, where I lead and manage the Opportunity to Order development initiatives, leveraging Salesforce Lightning and Apttus/Conga CPQ to support Gartner\'s sales team. This work is part of the broader Finance Transformation Program, which aims to fundamentally reshape Gartner\'s business operations. The program\'s goal is to streamline and enhance the Opportunity-to-Cash pipeline, making it more agile and better equipped to support the company’s growth.As part of this transformation, we are migrating many of our system integrations to the cloud (AWS) and decommissioning several legacy systems. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including those in Zuora, SPM, Fulfillment, Siebel, Anaplan, BAW, MDM, AWS, and Athena, to gather requirements, design innovative solutions, and oversee the successful implementation of these initiatives.
