Managing India Team, encouraging for continuous improvement and innovation to reduce recurring task. Mentoring the junior and vendor resources in the team. Working closely with development team for application and production environment stability and support task automation by prioritizing Jira’s. Onboarded multiple complex applications and ensured completion of all NFRs. I have strong knowledge of application performance and monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Kibana, Splunk and ITRS (Geneos) for report generation, alert monitoring, file system monitoring etc. Resolve query reported by business user in an accurate and timely manner. Fetch data as per the user’s requirement by writing relevant SQL queries. Established standards and internal policies in team that ensured 0 KPI breach and complete adherence of SLAs. Have hands on experience in Linux commands and shell scripting. Working closely with all stakeholders, helping them to fix reconciliation/risk issues. Drive restoration of impacted services while meeting the required SLA timelines. Collaborate with Development teams and partners to plan, schedule and implement UAT certified application releases\\ Software\\ hardware in Production. This includes preparing implementation timeline plans, coordinating with Operations for business validations. Working knowledge of Devops tools like Jenkins, Teamcity, Git etc. Successfully performed Prod to DR Failover for Issuer application which includes application downtime.
