Analyze financial information, prepare and review accurate/ timely financial reports & statements andensure appropriate accounting control procedures. Monitored BVA and Trend analysis between Cost centers, BU, GL close processes and intercompany reconciliations, ensuring 100% timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closures. Ensure timely periodic, monthly, quarterly and year end close process. Fixed asset proposal in FAM (NS) and intercompany reconciliations with control head. Review and manage allocation of work for APAC and AMER team members. Monitor, track, and focus on completion of scheduled activities on a day-to-day basisin terms of quality standards of work to meet SLE (Service level expectations). Review and approve Balance Sheet reconciliation and ageing analysis & resolution of accounting discrepancies and irregularities. As a part of FP & A team, work and assign BvA related queries and report to management. Reporting for Key Performance Indicators. Trend analysis such as Month over month (MoM), Quarter over Quarter (QoQ) and Year over Year (YoY)expense. Equally distributing and helping team in new learnings and focus on work deliverables. Coordinate with Internal Controls Group Auditors on process audit of Blackline Reconciliations and Journal Entries.
