Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs. Stay up to date with relevant labor laws and ensure recruitment practices comply with legal requirements. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline the hiring process and improve efficiency. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Lead and mentor junior members of the recruitment team. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the overall recruitment function. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and changes in the job market that may impact recruitment efforts. Champion D&I initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates and create an inclusive workplace.
