I completed my graduation in Business Management in 2016, followed by an internship the same year. I then joined Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd. as an Operations Executive, where I worked as an SAP end user from February 2016 to August 2017 and received the Best Executive Award for my performance. With a strong interest in the eCommerce industry, I transitioned to Miraggio Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd, where I managed end-to-end eCommerce marketplace operations for over five years. My role included product cataloguing, listing optimization, and performance marketing across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, Ajio, and Shopify. After Miraggio, I worked with a skincare brand where I gained extensive experience across multiple eCommerce platforms and category-specific marketing strategies. I then reconnected with the women’s handbag category, where I am currently working with the same segment and applying my cross-category expertise to enhance marketplace performance. In addition, I handle operations and warehouse management through Unicommerce, ensuring efficient inventory control, order processing, and logistics coordination. With over five years of experience in this domain, I have developed strong expertise in marketplace growth, operational efficiency, and seamless fulfillment that directly contributes to business performance and customer satisfaction.

In addition, I oversee marketplace operations, including inventory planning, order processing, warehouse coordination, logistics management, and timely dispatch to ensure smooth fulfillment and a seamless customer experience. I continuously analyze performance metrics, customer behavior, and marketplace trends to improve conversions, reduce operational gaps, and drive overall business growth.
