My professional journey began in a lab, not a boardroom. With a BSc, I started as a trainee in the Microbiology Department at Aster MIMS Calicut, focusing on laboratory operations. This scientific background gave me a rigorous, analytical mindset and a deep appreciation for process.Driven to connect this analytical thinking with broader business strategy, I pursued an MBA from LEAD College of Management. This pivotal step significantly enhanced my managerial skills and set me on a new path in marketing and operations.My passion for understanding systems extended from microbes to customers. I developed my marketing skills during an internship at ESAF Bank and further honed my communication and service abilities as a Customer Relations Executive.Today, I bring this unique blend of skills to the Omni-Channel team at Malabar Group. I am gaining deep analytical knowledge and am proficient in OMS software like Vinculum, all focused on one goal: using data to create a seamless and exceptional experience for our customers.
