I’m a product and technology leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling global digital and direct-to-consumer platforms in complex enterprise environments. My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, operating models, and execution - turning ambiguity into systems that compound over time.In my current role, I lead product for global DTC experiences supporting a multi-billion-dollar business, scaling teams across regions while driving material improvements in conversion, revenue, and operating efficiency. I’ve modernized legacy commerce stacks, introduced outcome-driven product funding models, and partnered closely with engineering, design, analytics, finance, and legal to deliver durable change at scale.Recently, a growing part of my focus has been applying AI as a practical force multiplier for product teams. I’m actively leading early delivery of AI-powered shopping assistants, and I’ve built and deployed internal AI agents to automate core product operations - accelerating discovery, improving decision quality, and increasing team throughput without increasing headcount. I approach AI as an operational system, not a feature, with an emphasis on governance, trust, and human-in-the-loop design.Earlier in my career, I built and led product and engineering organizations from the ground up, including scaling direct-to-consumer platforms serving hundreds of brands and creators.
