Sadisha Foundation works on improving educational standards in rural India. Major work of Sadisha is to host a talent test in mathematics for 10th grade students and sponsor 11th and 12th grades of education for the poor and meritorious students. These students can hardly continue their education otherwise.There are over 100 field level volunteers and 4 software engineers who conduct the test by creating a unique paper for every student and evaluating them online.
