At CIBC, I lead DevOps initiatives that support enterprise-scale digital banking platforms. My work focuses on designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitLab CI, enabling faster, more reliable code delivery across development, staging, and production environments.I manage deployments on Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes, ensuring scalability, high availability, and smooth rollouts of microservices. I also drive infrastructure automation using Terraform, Helm, and Docker, streamlining cloud provisioning and reducing manual overhead.A key part of my role involves establishing proactive monitoring and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Dynatrace, which has significantly improved our response times and system stability. Additionally, I work closely with engineering and security teams to integrate Vault and Azure Key Vault into secure pipeline workflows.This role has enabled me to combine technical execution with strategic input, contributing to platform-wide DevOps transformation at one of Canada’s top financial institutions.
