About Goutam Sen
Currently, I am working at the China World Academy (CWA), Jiangsu, China (offering the IBDP Visual Arts curriculum and Supervisor of Extended Essay) for 5 years. I hold a 5-year degree in visual arts and have also done a B Ed. I have been offering Visual Arts continuously for 30+ years (14 years in India, 7 years in Southern Africa, 4 years in Indonesia, and now 7 years in China). Since 2010, I have been appointed as an Examiner of IBDP Visual Arts. I was one of the chaperones for Model United Nation in Boston, USA in the year 2013. This is my 17th year of continuous IBDP VA teaching. My field of work is majorly based on oil, Acrylic and mixed media on canvas and portraiture in pencil, charcoal and Conte. Besides teaching and painting, I am passionate about singing, photography, and poetry.
