My career journey has been marked by a commitment to research and innovation in the food industry.I have spent two years researching and developing cutting-edge solutions in food packaging and technology. This includes the creation of edible and biodegradable coating materials for electrostatic coating of fruits and vegetables, significantly enhancing their shelf-life. I\'ve also worked on natural extract-based coated paper for active packaging, contributing to the preservation of fresh produce.I hold a Master of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from Gitam University, Visakhapatnam, where I achieved \'First Class with Distinction.\' My Bachelor\'s degree in Chemistry also reflects my commitment to academic excellence.My research experience spans various aspects of food science, including electrostatic coating, active and smart packaging, food safety, and sensory analysis.
