As Assistant Manager for TiE Grad Plus, I lead the strategic and operational execution of this flagship entrepreneurship program for undergraduate and graduate students. My role focuses on end-to-end program management, stakeholder engagement, and team coordination to deliver impactful learning experiences and startup exposure.#Roles & Responsibilities:1. Program Management: Lead the complete lifecycle of the TiE Grad Plus program — from planning and design to execution and evaluation of events, workshops, competitions, and bootcamps at both regional and national levels.2. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, startup ecosystem partners, mentors, and other key stakeholders through regular outreach and follow-ups.3. Communication & Outreach: Manage all program communications including email campaigns, phone outreach, and social media engagement to drive participation and visibility.4. Content Creation: Design marketing collateral and creatives for social media promotions, ensuring alignment with TiE Hyderabad’s branding and outreach goals.5. Event Coordination: Oversee the logistics and on-ground execution of program events, ensuring smooth operations and a high-quality participant experience.6. Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a cross-functional team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of program objectives.7. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of meetings, events, and communications; prepare reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.8. Process Improvement: Continuously analyze program effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance reach, engagement, and outcomes.This role allows me to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution while contributing to the development of the next generation of entrepreneurs.
