Own and perform balance sheet substantiation through a process of reconciliation, investigation & resolution of exceptions in ARCS• Preparation and review of monthly P&L statements, Trial Balance and commentaries of the deviation and its impact• Manage and coordinate the reconciliation of the respective systems to ensure they balance and that any discrepancies or variations are investigated and corrected• Calculate and determine all the accrual and prepayment amount and post the journal entries, reporting and also perform all the End-to-End activities during Close process • Weekly basis prepares the AR and AP Ageing reports and also prepare the performance reporting and taking follow up all the aged open transactions and clear the same• Perform Intercompany Reconciliation (OOB) between group companies & resolve disputes to get the settlement done• Coordinate with Tax team and also prepare the tax PST file and do the online payment to avoid Penalty• Quarterly basis handles the 2nd level BSR Review and gives the justification of the each and every BSR Reconciliation• Regularly supervise and resolve outstanding general accounting and do the reporting on time to the Directors and other process mangers to avoid escalation• Independently handle to the External and Internal Auditors and provide the solutionsOperations Management / Process Management• Proactively identify, propose and implement continuous improvement opportunities in existing processes within the team• During Month end close, do the acting Supervise work and update the ME checklist and send the reports to higher management• Conducting the monthly basis call with Director and divisional controller to give the overall open Items details and Health check of the process Transition Management• Successfully done the Cleveland HQ, End–to-End transition in the year of 2021 and all the process has been streamlined• Next transition has been done for Waukesha Division-HQ (ETE) in the year of 2023
