In addition, I am responsible for overseeing the upgrade process from San Diego to Tokyo, which includes analyzing skip logs and defects, and fixing defects where necessary.\\\\n\\\\nAs a Lead of a team of five or more individuals, including juniors, I am responsible for assigning tasks, providing necessary guidance for technical roadblocks, and creating a technical roadmap for all stories involved in a given sprint.
