   Owned monitoring and alerting for high-traffic ad-serving platforms handling millions of requests per day across global regionsf. Designed and maintained observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK, enabling early detection of performance and availability issues. Actively involved in P1/P2 incident triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis, working with engineering teams to restore services within SLA. Improved alert quality by tuning thresholds and alert logic, reducing alert noise and contributing to ~20–30% faster incident response times.
