Masters candidate in Development Economics with a background in risk, resilience and institutional decision-making under uncertainty. Currently a Manager in Deloitte’s Tech & Transformation practice, with experience across crisis response, operational readiness and large-scale transformation programmes.My work has focused on helping organisations navigate uncertainty, manage downside risk and make informed decisions in complex, high-stakes environments.I am currently on sabbatical to complete a Master’s in Economics for Development at the University of Oxford. My academic interests include:• The role of finance in supporting long-term development outcomes in emerging markets• Economic resilience and risk in developing economies• Applied economic analysis to inform policy and investment decisionsI’m particularly interested in how organisations can deploy resources more effectively to achieve sustainable, ecosystem-wide resilience.
