Capital markets professional with 21+ years of experience across India\'s premier market infrastructure institutions (MIIs)—the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.(NSE) and Central Depository Services (India) Ltd.(CDSL). My work has been anchored in the development and expansion of exchange-traded markets with in regulated environment with a sustained focus on strengthening market participation and product adoption. Combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across business development, product management and stakeholder engagement.Currently serving as Vice President & Regional Head – West at NSE, I lead regional business development and growth initiatives across a diverse market ecosystem. I work closely with brokers, institutions, corporates, clearing members, and other stakeholders to deepen engagement in listed derivatives and exchange-traded instruments, while aligning regional strategy with broader organizational objectives. I have a successful track record of driving business growth across varied customer segments and geographic regions. Over the course of my career, I have been closely involved in the launch and scaling of key product segments including Currency Derivatives, Interest Rate Futures, India VIX derivatives, Index derivatives, Global Indices, ETFs, SME listings, and trading platform initiatives.
