Responsible for categorizing drugs based on their schedules and distinguishing between prescription and over the counter (OTC) drugs. As part of this role, I also conducted thorough quality checks for all drug content before uploading on E pharmacy portal.4.We have procured MD 42 (Medical Registration certificate)/ Trade licences/S&E for various warehouse across India.5.Responsible for managing Wholesale licences /Manufacturing License applications/renewals, Artwork preparations & management, support to tender business by procuring relevant certificates.6.Work closely with local Technical Operation organization to ensure regulatory compliance of locally manufactured products OTC and Food and Nutraceuticals products, to ensure required licenses for proper product distribution are in place, including artwork maintenance.7. Reviewing and approving labels for over the counter (OTC) products, as well as food, nutraceuticals, and cosmetic items, involves a thorough examination of each label to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This includes verifying that all required information is accurate and clearly presented, such as product ingredients, usage instructions, nutritional information, and any health claims. Additionally, it is essential to assess the design and readability of the label to ensure it communicates effectively to consumers while adhering to legal requirements. Collaborate with external partners to obtain and prepare key documents for product registration.
