Techno-commercial professional specializing in managing high-value capital expenditure (capex) orders within the mining industry. With a focus on driving efficiency and innovation, I oversee diverse projects such as solar initiatives, software implementation for mine planning, automation projects, crushing unit optimization, and electrical and instrumentation systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like drones. Currently, I am proud to be a part of Hindalo\'s mining vertical, contributing to the company\'s growth and success.My journey in the mining industry began with a year-long role as a shift in charge at Garepalma underground mines, where I honed my operational skills and developed a strong understanding of the mining processes. Building on that foundation, I then took on the responsibility of being the overall in charge of opencast mines for the next one and a half years. In these positions, I successfully achieved production targets while adhering to planning and budgeting (P&B) guidelines, always prioritizing safety to ensure zero harm incidents.I thrive on challenges and am known for my ability to effectively manage complex projects, foster cross-functional collaboration, and deliver exceptional results.
