Validate and process variable inputs including bonuses, commissions, absences, and terminations. Prepare and submit monthly wage tax returns (Loonaangifte) in compliance with Dutch tax authorities. Coordinate with HR and Finance to reconcile payroll reports and ensure data integrity. If required then coordinate with external providers such as pension funds, insurance companies, and tax authorities. Handle year-end activities including annual income statements (Jaaropgaven) along with year start activities.Stay up-to-date with changes in Dutch employment laws and advise on their payroll implications.
