In my role as Technical Lead with Deloitte USI Project, I lead a global team of developers across India, the Deloitte USI providing technical guidance and ensuring the successful delivery of critical project. My responsibilities extend beyond technical development to include mentoring team members, conducting thorough code reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and high performance.In my current project Paradigm, I designed to handle vast amounts of data in the millions, utilized by various modules within the system. This application plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall functionality of the project.As a Technical Lead, lead within an Agile-based scrum team, I focus on guiding the completion of new Change Requests (CRs) and resolving defects. My responsibilities include overseeing the development and optimization of the system using Saleforce.com platform to ensure a robust application architecture. Our development process is supported by Azure devops, with version control through Git and ADO, issue tracking via ADO Tools, and code quality assessment using SonarQube. Additionally.This dual role of technical expert and leader has allowed me to contribute significantly to the success of my current project, while guiding my team to achieve excellence in project delivery.
